Morgan Moumouris, LCPC
LICENSED CLINICAL PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR
Morgan Moumouris is one of our tele-therapists at Changing Minds Psychiatry. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor and Clinical Professional Counselor for the State of Nevada. She received her Masters in Mental Health Counseling with a additional certificate in Marriage, Family, & Couples Therapy from the University of Central Florida in 2016. Her passion is providing holistic counseling through an empathetic and non-judgmental lens to aid in improving both her clients’ well being and outcomes. Throughout the counseling process Morgan strives to instill hope, confidence, and peace of mind.
Morgan’s specializes in working with women with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, shame, guilt, self esteem, family conflict, relational concerns, and life transitions. Treatment modalities include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Attachment Theory, Family Systems Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Strength Based Therapy, Existentialism, and Motivational Interviewing.

Alexandria Nelson, MSW, CSW-Intern
CLINICAL SOCIAL WORK INTERN
Alexandria Nelson, Clinical Social Worker, currently practicing under an internship that is supervised by a certified Nevada LCSW. Alexandria recently joined the company and prior to working for Changing Minds, Alexandria worked for The Children’s Cabinet in Reno, Nevada creating opportunities for families to reunify, creating safety plans, and advocating for families in Northern Nevada Rural communities to have more support services.
Alexandria provides individual therapy and family counseling. Alexandria has a background in working with children, teens, young adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral difficulties. Alexandria provides services using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MCBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, and Psychoeducation. Her goal is to help her clients overcome the challenges and stressors of life, traumatic experiences, or other circumstances that have impacted the client, while increasing a development of self, strengthening coping skills, and create an understanding to maintain wellbeing.
In Alexandria’s free time she likes to go hiking with her dog Jax, camping, traveling to new places, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Joseph Wiley, LMSW, CSW-Intern
CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER INTERN
Joseph is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and a Clinical Social Worker - Intern (CSW-Intern ) with over 16 years of dedicated experience in social services and child welfare. His journey began as a higher-level care foster parent, where he spent 8 years fostering over 40 children. Throughout his career, Joseph has worked extensively with foster children, former foster youth, and the juvenile justice population in various capacities.
Joseph's expertise includes over 16 years of providing Basic Skills Training (BST), Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR), Case Management, Independent Living Training, Advocacy, Individual Educational Plan Assistance (IEP) and numerous other services designed to help clients achieve their maximum level of potential. His clinical interests encompass ADHD, Adoption & Fostering, Anger Issues, Anxiety, Conduct Disorder, Criminal Justice Involvement, Depression, Grief & Loss, Parent-Child Relationships, Relationships, School Performance, Self-Esteem, Stress, Teenage-Related Issues, Trauma, and a wide range of other diagnoses.
