With over six years of specialized experience in addressing trauma and stressor-related disorders, she has successfully guided clients toward profound healing and personal growth.
Celeste offers tailored individual, family and couples therapy. She is dedicated to creating an exceptional therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered to explore their challenges. Celeste utilizes a strengths-based integrative therapy approach to meet each client’s specific mental health, emotional, and behavioral health needs.

Brittaney Wise-Wilridge, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Cox College.
Brittaney is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered, and evidence-based mental health care to individuals across the lifespan. She is passionate about helping patients manage and overcome challenges related to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, ADHD, and other psychiatric conditions while fostering a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment.
She believes in treating the whole person by addressing emotional, psychological, and overall well-being to help patients achieve lasting stability and improved quality of life. Brittaney values building strong therapeutic relationships and empowering individuals to take an active role in their mental health journey.

Conrad Adkins, LCPC
LICENSED CLINICAL PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR

Conrad Adkins, Licensed Professional Counselor, NCC, has experience providing mental health therapy for adults, young adults, and adolescents. Conrad began his clinical work as an intern at Bridge House in 2022 and continued as a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) in January 2023. Conrad became a Licensed Professional Counselor in May 2026 while continuing his work at Bridge House. Conrad facilitates individual therapy and may also provide couples and family therapy. Conrad’s clinical experience has primarily focused on working with adults, particularly men, in a traumainformed setting that included work related to substance use and its underlying contributing factors.
Conrad assists clients experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and PTSD, Grief and Loss, Existential and Spiritual concerns, Developmental challenges, ADHD, Substance Use concerns, Relationship issues, and Life transitions.
Conrad also provides affirming care for members of the LGBTQIA+ community and has experience working with veterans. Conrad’s treatment approach is person-centered and trauma-informed. Conrad also integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solutionfocused therapy, existential therapy, and narrative therapy. Conrad emphasizes a relaxed and collaborative approach to therapy.
Conrad works to create a warm and supportive environment and meets clients where they are in order to identify goals and work toward meaningful change. Conrad is committed to ongoing professional development. This includes continuing education, trainings, clinical consultation, personal therapy, and ongoing learning.
