Established Patients: If you are a established patient and you do not respond to this email within 24 hours, the appointment will be cancelled and given to another patient.
New Patients: If you are new to the clinic you will receive a call and need to confirm the appointment by the end of the day or the appointment will be cancelled and given to another patient.
If no appointments are available, we will let you know you have the options of submitting a request to a therapist in our External Provider Directory OR to contact your insurance company for a provider in your network.
